About us

ISPM was founded by Steve Wilson, a former General Manager and Director of the UK operations of International Flavours and Fragrances. This global company has more than 5,400 staff in 34 countries, with an annual turnover of $1.8 billion.

With 25 years technical and operations management experience in manufacturing at all levels, he has been involved in implementing change throughout different areas of the business and understands the processes involved. He is a keen exponent of the Oliver Wight principles and led the UK plant of IFF to become a Class A site.

Key achievements included the commissioning of a green field plant in rural China, and the transformation of the UK plant into a world class company with significant profit enhancement.

He now uses his knowledge and experience in a broader consultative role, providing interim and process management services.
